Selected papers where the team holds a signing author position

Papers from 2019–2024 that meet two conditions at once:

That second condition is what separates the team’s own work from the large multicentre trials it also contributes to. Across the same period the team produced more than 480 references in all journals.

Each entry links to PubMed and to the publisher via its DOI.

Starting point is the team’s HCERES bibliographic record: 19 per-member sheets, 648 rows, 480 distinct publications after deduplication.

Author position is computed by locating each team member in the author string of their own record, accounting for co-first and co-last author markers. 269 rows place a member in a signing position.

Impact factor is not a column in that record, so the filter is applied to the journal name through a lookup table based on recent JCR values. Journals just below the cut, and therefore absent: Haematologica (8.2), HemaSphere (7.6), Blood Advances (7.4), eClinicalMedicine (9.6), PNAS (9.4).

Titles, author lists and DOIs come from PubMed, not from the source spreadsheet, so they carry the publisher’s canonical wording.

One publication meeting both criteria was left out as being outside the team’s research scope: a 2022 Molecular Biology and Evolution phylogeny of semi-aquatic bugs, from a team member’s earlier career in evolutionary biology.
